Initially it seemed like it was whatever the last station I'd listened in the previous vehicle, but further testing proved it was always the same station in every vehicle.
I have multiple custom radio stations installed that replace the songs on existing stations.
Ah, ok, that makes sense - my mod is not very clever and just sets the radio station to the Jazz position in the default list. If your other mods have changed the id of the existing radio stations, or moved the stations around, then it will end up defaulting to the wrong station. I'll see if I can do something a bit smarter in future versions.
