Yeah, that's happened with this since 2.0... Something CDPR changed in there that doesn't like other things being moved around... It still unlocks the settings, though, and only gotta do it once per game update, so I don't see it as that bad... I thought I put a warning in the description about it before, though, but apparently I did not, so I apologize for that... I'll add one now...
When I do get that message, and I don't get it everytime, my settings are reverted to default. No more unlocked settings, just vanilla. I'm still trying turning on and off other settings/fov/crowd density mods hoping one of them is the cause.
No, not really... It mostly just unlocks higher settings than what are already in the game... Except for maybe the "Slow HDD Mode", which should help (different than the "HDD Mode" that's already in the game, it's the older pre-2.0 feature)...
Seems this needs an update, it works just some roads and buildings just randomly disappear. after uninstalling fixed my issue, but I do love this mod. it sjust jarring when I see a whole highway disappear as im not even a block away. this was at Club Empathy behind Corpo Apartment.
This mod is awesome! i can't believe CDPR still hasnt included some of these settings in the vanilla game (namely: ultra GI, Ultra LOD, Astonishing Crowds and Ultra AO)!

Update your game or delete the file and verify game files (assuming you didn't pirate it)
