A small mod that doubles Rogue's fee at the start of the mission 'Ghost Town'.

I wanted a more immersive reason to do gigs and side missions early in the game, so I made this. All it does is increase Rogue's fee in 'Ghost Town' to 30K.
Modifies a single scene file (q103_03_rogue.scene), but requires ArchiveXL (to change the journal text) and TweakXL (to change the value).
