I'm using Path-Tracing with HDR10scRGB, 400 nits, 200 Paperwhite, 1.8 Tone-Mapping. (changing Paperwhite to lowest 100 does help with the UI glowing, bloom and ambientlight still off of course ;) )
I did not create this preset for HDR but I think it can look pretty good in HDR as well when tweaked, like you just did. I'll maybe create a second version specifically for HDR when I test it and see the benefits of HDR compared to SDR in Cyberpunk.
I think the technicolor kills it... Otherwise, pretty nice reshade (tested without Path tracing as I can't use that)... Also, why name this "Path Tracing Light Reshade"? It accentuates the light in normal raster mode, too, and looks pretty good... You might be limiting your audience by naming it this...
Edit: Just noticed the update... Gonna download and check it out and see if I can stand the technicolor now...lol
Thanks for the input =), yeah I was limiting the audience with that name. Just after I posted the first version I realized that it was too bright and realized the name makes it seem like it's only for Path Tracing. The Preset and name is edited now.

Cause this is what I get with everything enabled:
And this with Bloom and AmbientLight disabled:
I'm already using HDR FIX (HDR monitors ONLY) at Cyberpunk 2077 Nexus - Mods and community (nexusmods.com)
to reign in some of the HDR color problems and it is used in these screenshots. But it doesn't influence the overbloom effect from the 1st picture.

Edit 2: Yeah, update is definitely a lot better
