Version 1.3
- Added the max cap to Upgrade Components
- Added an identifier for debug messages
- Script will no longer run if game is paused or in a menu
- Fixed wrong counts being printed in debug messages
Version 1.2
- Added a cap for legendary and epic components - when it's met, epic/rare components are no longer upgraded. Credit to LuxDragon for the idea.
Version 1.1
- Added a toggle for having the Ex Nihilo perk (20% chance of a free upgrade) thanks to HiON
  Note: this is disabled by default, please edit the init.lua and activate it yourself if you have the perk!
