Beside subjective of personal taste, I knew that so many type and models of Monitors/TVs out there. LCD/LED/OLED/QLED ; IPS/TN/VA... etc.
And they have their own characteristic (from neutral colors to vibrant colors, high to low black/white levels, etc).

Therefore I made a simple adjustment UI for this mod.
You can adjust Color Saturation, Dark Levels, Light Intensity, etc.by press END keyboard button to show-up Reshade UI.
Just adjust the value to matching with your current screen (Monitor/TV) or fit with your taste/liking.

    UPDATE #1:
    - I've uploaded alternative V1.0c version. c = cyan (greenish). This version  is without cyan/greenish remover. It keep the greenish/cyan tint color filter from original game.

    UPDATE #2 (version 1.01) :
    - As requested, I added "Sharpness" slider and added higher "Dark Level" range (so you can set scene more darker than what it allowed in previous version 1.0). But please don't push these values too high, the scene would be look like cartoon network movies (lol) which ruin the realistic look :)

    UPDATE #3 (version 1.02) :
    - I've added a slider that can control Cyan/Greenish or Magenta/Reddish (or neutral) tints color on shadow areas. Set to minus for greenish look, or set it to plus for Reddish look. or set it to -0.150 for neutral/original game tints color.

    Update 25122020:
The new full-version V1.03D is now available on my Patreon page (early access for members, and will available to public access in next 1-2 weeks later). In this version... colors, contrast and sharpening was optimized for 3D Stereoscopic lover (3D Native screen, or even virtual 3D Screen for VR). Please keep in mind this version is NOT made for performance wise. So, If you aimed for performance wise,  I recommended keep stay with current LE (Lite Edition).

The Extreme Edition V1.05 is still under work in progress . I plan to release it somewhere between January-February 2021 after major update and optimization from CDPR is released. This version is using extreme shading, also NOT aimed for performance wise, rather to pursuit near photo-realistic look for graphics enthusiast. Therefore, if you're not ready to sacrifice your fps number, then I recommended to stick with LE version.
Teaser screenshots from this Extreme Edition:

    Update #4 (Version 1.05b) 01012021:
The preview of Extreme Edition is now available, you may download and try it from here:

    Cheers,
    Chris

ps. maybe since this Cyberpunk2077 also made by CDPR, somehow so many new friends starting to contact me and asked whether I made a custom shaders mod for The Witcher 3.  Yes, You may try my old mod for TW3 from here :
    https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/3110
Keep in mind this is an old mod (I made it in 2016, I re-uploaded to Nexusmods on May 2018), therefore still based on the old Reshade 2.x.x framework.

well, all that I can say is ....this is NOT a preset :)

You will need to learn HLSL and C++ language for that. Search on Google and YouTube for reference and tutorial about that.

Such an amazing Reshade. I love it. Barely any noticeable impact of my 2070MaxQ system as well. GGs @crubino!

However, I do have a question though. The reshade sort of reinitializes and the game stutters a bit every time I go in to the menu (Inventory, Map, Crafting, Main Menu, etc) and every time I back out of a menu. The Reshade welcome/version info bar at the top also comes back with the reinitialization. Am I doing something wrong? How do I stop this? Or at least get rid of the bar coming back?

Recommendation settings for non-RTX and non DLSS cards but with high performance rasterization rendering >  e.g GTX1080Ti/RX6800/RX6800XT/RX6900XT (read in video's description carefully how to set it) and its result :

then you done something wrong. Please read how to install it carefully on description. I even already attached a screenshot to explain the folder and file location.
Also,  make sure you already clean-up all of your previous Reshade files before apply this mod.

Hey there, your screenshots look beautiful!

Quick question - when I'm installing reshade (version 4.8.2) - which effect packages do I need to install? All of them? None of them? Does it matter? :S

    Thanks for your time!

    edit: also, Merry Christmas!

Hi mate, sorry for being a bit late to reply your comment.

this is a custom shaders pack, not just a preset... you don’t need to run Reshade installer. Just extract all my files into your Cyberpunk 2077 folder. As simple as that (that’s the reason I called my custom shaders pack as “Simple Realistic” :) ). Since Reshade framework become bigger, I can understand if the installation process is no longer simple. And some of us maybe will get confuse during that process. Especially for some people like myself. So I made my installation process much simple and easier to share.

You may take a look the detail how to install it on description tab from this page, I even already attached a screenshot to explain the proper files and folder location.

      Cheers,
      Chris

Thank you for your response! That makes complete sense!

I stupidly just assumed you had to install reshade because 99% of 'reshade mods' do ask you to. But it's nice yours doesn't! I'm using your shaders now and the game looks amazing, so thank you :)
