I know is not the real Ciri, but I think everyone tries their best to get the closest results, if you know better presets or wanna add some suggestions please it will be nice if you shared with everyone here on this post and I could improve the character for a better looking, this is not the definitive Ciri character but could be nice if we get her to look better as a result of everyone efforts!
Please do not criticize or try to undermine the effort on part of others just because doesn't reach your expectations, try to help or suggest instead. We could make Ciri possible if we work together!
As of version 1.23 of the game the file is corrupted and will not load I did follow the directions you gave in installing it but the current version of CP2077 has deemed it a corrupt save. You may need to look into it. Thanks in advance.

Why do people upload famously named faces that doesn't look even slightly like the person (fictional or not) who owns that face and name?
In this case, there are mouth, eyes, ears and a brow choice that match Ciri 95% and you have avoided using any of them. The only likeness is the hair color and that's if you download a mod...
Like I said, this is not just a criticism of this particular upload, there are many exactly like it that deserves the same criticism. If all of you had just uploaded the face without putting a "famous" name to it, then it would've been just fine.

Ciri's actual face is a bit longer and slimmer, but this is a nice start and it's a classically beautiful face. The rest of the "build" is purely optional in my opinion. What hairstyle, tattoos, breast implants, piercing and nails etc. a time-travelling Ciri would go for if stuck for a period of time is purely subjective.
Worth noting that that even though several of these facial structures are similar to Ciri's, the result actually doesn't look like Ciri because facial likeness lies in the small details. That's why a painter/drawing artist needs to learn to draw what they actually see and not what they think they see. When an untrained artist (amateur) draws a face, he draws a pair of eyes, a nose, a mouth and some hair while trying to get the bigger details somewhat similar. An actual artist draws exactly what they see, so they draw that person's eye, nose and mouth.
After a few new game characters with different sliders and Ciri's versions, I definitely gonna recommend to try The Alternative version if you wanna give it a try: Ciri 2077 Alternative Presets
Looks perfect, everything spot on, I doubt without remodelling outside of the game it would be better and even then, there's not that much to change, slight fixes in Blender, basically 10-15 minutes, when you know what to do and have custom modding tools like for witcher 3.
