From version 1.5 onward, this mod supports Native Settings UI and allows you to use its menu to easily change the configurations.
If you don't have Native Settings UI installed, and you don't want to use it, you can still use this mod but will need to use a text editor (and close/open the game) to change its options. You can do so by opening the "config.reds" file and changing the specific, highlighted, words to either true or false:
Author, thank you very much for the mod. Can I ask you, I just don't know who else to ask, is it possible to somehow change the green color of the line? Is there a setting for this somewhere in the game files? Might there be some line in on ricochet_weapon_snap.effect or ricochet.effect ? I will be very glad to receive your answer.
I noticed this line // if Equals(weaponID, t"Items.Preset_Silverhand_3516") { show = !stateContext.IsStateActive(n"UpperBody", n"aimingState"); };but uncommenting does nothing. Anyway to get it working? I'm trying enable richocet previews when not aiming and enemy highlights through walls when you are.
Attack preview doesn't work like that, it will always only do the single one specified in the previewEffectTag flat. You have to make a new effector and have it apply the highlights through your own logic.
Don't know what curse that Ricochet tab has but I have a similar problem with Borg Malorian not showing up in the Ricochet tab (but working nonetheless) unless I rename the MalorianBorg folder (in the CET mods folder) to zMalorianBorg. So you may try to rename the KeepDrawingTheLine folder there to zKeepDrawingTheLine, it might show up in the Ricochet tab...
@Seijax, you may want to reach out to the CET team and/or KeanuWheeze for this weird issue is most likely an edge case bug with their mod(s)
I don't know why, but neither weapon shows the trajectory line or highlights the enemies (only in the moment when you hit them by ricochet which is still possible by shooting the floor in front of them).
upd.
I uninstalled both mods and the trajectory line still doesn't show. Am i just being stupid and managed to miss some requirement beyond ballistic coprocessor? Or did some other mod break it?
upd2.
Huh... Improving ballistic coprocessor just once (not even to uncommon, just to common+) solved the problem. Not even sure if it's the mod's fault, or a new bug, or you're now just not supposed to be able to see the trajectory with the most basic version of the cyberware (considering that Kongou worked just fine). Leaving the comment in case someone else stumbles upon the same issue.
Is there a way to change Breakthrough's ricochet preview to the preview for highlighting enemies through walls? I know it was done for the Malorian. I don't mind not seeing where ricochets happen as long as I know they might happen.

\archive\pc\mod\RicochetRedux.archive
file to restore the native light red color

Borg Malorian will now passively do this
i.e: Ballistic Coprocessor at Common+ or more, Power weapon not explosive/silenced (unless overridden by RR),...
In that case try tapping the aim button to unstuck it
Make sure the requirements are updated
Make sure you have the requirements for that update
