Appearance editor is disabled until its fully fixed. Only gender and voice tone can be changed. Loading / Saving of presets still works
Saving presets will have a new file format (*.v2preset). Loading of old ones also works (need to select the right file type in the opening dialog (lower right corner))

Help! I can't select my save file while saving! Since v0.26b you only select the folder where the sav.dat is located and not the file itself.

Either the game just got an Update and you need to wait for a CyberCAT update
Or you are using mods which alters savedata which is currently not supported by CyberCAT-SimpleGUI. It is planned to add support for them but due to lack of time it can take a while. Please DON'T report these issues to the respective mods page.They can't do anything about it. Only way to workaround that issue for now is to save again with that mod disabled. !!!WARNING!!! That mods data will get lost. Known types and their mods:

Modified Item stats are not displayed ingame This is a known issue which I couldn't solve yet. In my tests it could be solved by selling the item and buying it back.
Dll not found Make sure you have extracted the content. Do not run from inside the 7zip. If it still not work, try to install vc_redist.x64.exe
Corrupted save files (The root cause is still not 100% known) There are invalid combinations which will cause the game to crash. Don't know if I can figure them all out...
In some cases it helped to disable cloud saves and/or Crossplay
Also make sure that you save as PC save for the PC version.

Started a new play through from phantom, traveled to Viks place, and taken out cyberware, havent even visited V s Apartment. And i get this Error. Please if anyone has any idea whats causing it, Help would be awesome.
CEnum "gamedataStatType.ItemTierQuality" could not be found!
I don't know how much they actually nerfed it by, but we were getting ~10% per item for that stat, then after the nerf the highest I've seen has been about ~4%. So 2.5 should be good.
What the "Multiplier" does is multiplies the stats from gear; so if you have 4% on gear, the 2.5 multiplier should reflect a 10% reduction in your stats page. Note this multiplier does not affect the stats granted from Headhunter (Skill Progression).
Beware, currently the save editor cannot alter a player's cyberware capacity! If you edit your character's level to 60, your cyberware capacity remains unchanged! So, give yourself attribute points, and perk points. But don't raise your character level all the way to 60.
Try adding a cyberware shard to your inventory. Go in game to use it, save. Load that new save and go back into Edit Additional Stats, it should now show a Humanity stat, just edit the value.
Obviously, there's a hard cap to cyberware capacity that you can't go over.
Why when I load the save file, it appears this: Failed to parse save file: Expected next item to be 'WolvenKit.RED4.Save.Classes.ItemInfo' but found 'WolvenKit.RED4.Save.Classes.ItemData' An error.txt file has been generated with additional information.
Got the same error when I tried a save file I have found. I can load the original save file, modified gender, money and cars, then I went in game, bought some cars, selt weapons and put some items in 2 homes. After loading the new game file it wont import anymore with this message.
Im on Game version 2.1, newest Editor v0.27e and save game was also 2.1 before modification
So, has the appearance editor simply been abandoned, or is it still just disabled? I only ask because this was the ONLY way to bypass the gender-locked hairstyles, and no other mod has been made to replicate that, and from my probing no mod author has any interest in creating a mod to do it either.
I only ever consistently liked one hairstyle for my V, but it's a male hair mod that I can't use anymore. =(
Yeah, its pretty much dead by now. To much has changed in some game version (doesn't remember which).
Basicly it adds a lot of limitations what options could be used together and it would need a lot of time to find that out/make a list of possible combinations. And I haven't that time for CyberCAT sadly. And since nobody wants to help me maintain CyberCAT, you are out of luck.

If you want to get your stealthiness back:
Player Stats > Edit Additional Stats > Modifiers > + New Constant
Modifier: Multiplier
Stat: Visibility Reduction
Value: 2.5
