This mod looks amazing! But I tried to install this using vortex and it CTD on the boot screen. This is the error I get in the stacktrace: Message: Failed to load optimized TweakDB file! File: E:\R6.Release\dev\src\common\gameTweakDB\src\tweakDB.cpp(428)
I don't have an E:\ Drive which is weird. I really hope someone has an idea how to fix this because this looks like one of my fav mods already.
This is a tweakdb issue not my mod. Make sure you have the latest version installed "correctly"
Suggestions: 1. Not sure REDmod is fully updated yet, so try a non REDmod version. I tested the Individual file version a few days ago and it downloaded and installed fine using Vortex. Manual install also no issue.
2. Some people having issues with TweakXL installing correctly. Make sure tweakdb.bin, tweakdb.str, tweakdb_ep1.bin are all in your SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\r6\cache\modded folder
The idea is really good, but it would be great if you changed the button icons.... It doesn't make much sense to find a vegetable vending machine and find a Nikola button.
And while I'm on the subject of the vegetable machine, it's cool, but the effect is lost because the machine isn't square.
Nothing works absolutely = tried all version files and one by one . The mod does not change the Visual and does not work. There does not seem to be a file there, as it should be for the R6 and Tweaks folders, since other Mods work for me from many and the file is still registered there.
Maybe I understand the problem now : I took the redmod version, but i launched the game with vortex, and for redmod version, you must launch the game with steam in order to activate mods.
Good to know. Sounds like Vortex may be putting the mod in the wrong folder. Or putting it in a subfolder the game can't find. Will look into it further. Thx for giving me a place to start.
i definitely used the vortex download version of this archive, and i see this mod in vortex mods' list too, but the vending machines are as they were. not using any other vending machine mods, in fact i've just uninstalled all other texture modes (for buildings, npcs etc - none were for VMs). i'll check a few more things, but i don't see this mod working (and trust me i saw a lot of them VMs, i was grinding breach protocol as a netrunner on them xD).
EDIT: i felt obliged to write the follow up, so, i checked it, and either of two things happened: 1 - i was being stupid and/or blind and the mod was working since the beginning, but it's blended in so very well i actually didn't notice it at first OR 2 - the hi-res textures & poster mods was colliding with this mod. my bet is on #1 though >.>
bottom line is, THIS MOD IS WORKING and if it isn't it's smt wrong on the user side / in your local environment ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I admit, i nearly asked you if this might be an additional replacer you might consider, but since you said you had another big project in the works, i thought I'd wait and see what that was. XD seems we think along the same lines.
will you also be doing the same with these as you have with your Adverts? (Utube friendly, seasonal ect) if, so, can i ask for a 'Kibble and Bits' and 'Canned Kibble' Vend-It? Yup, wanted posters were fun. Took a lot of time, but fun. As an FYI - Perfect Partner and a Cut Above are all AI generated images. Midjourney has been very useful for some of the art.

Kibble n Bits is Cyberpunks version of Bachelor Chow (from Futurama. only Cyberpunk came first XD) its one of the staple foods from the game. It lists 4 types of food in the 2020 handbook
Kibble: a mass-produced nutrient that satisfies most requirements for sustenance, but tends to look, smell, and taste like the dry pet food it takes its name from.
Generic Prepack: a step up from the common TV dinner,these meal packs can be microwaved or refrigerated depending on what's inside. Many come with their own chemtabs for heating or cooling. The cuisine isn't inspired, but it beats kibble.
Good Prepack: good restaurant meals in a package. The best quality pre-made meals you're going to find. For anything better, eat out, or prep it yourself (and who really knows how to do that anymore?).
Fresh: you know what that is. Well, at least you've met someone who's eaten it.
Plus, there is a list of 20 flavours of Kibble that your choom's can find in the pockets or backpack of the guy that just tried to flatline you (who you returned the favour to lol) at the end of the 'collecting the Random' pdf thats free to download from the main R. Talsorian site.
flavours like Fizzy, Protein, Pinapple Pizza and Kibble XXL (lol, like half of the city isnt XXL already ) and descriptions for them (comical in some cases) Ive heard characters talk about Kibble and Caned Kibble (which must be like SPAM or Saitan in a can) so i think it comes in a few differnt shapes and styles now. like Quorn and Dried Soy chunks/mince ect. maybe even miracle meat/ burger and so on these days. plant based stuff. Back in the day, in Tabletop, you knew your character was getting somewhere (rep wise) once you could afford to eat something other than streetSCOP and Kibble once a week lol.
Yeah, i heard about Midjourney this week, watched a vid about giving it batman+cyberpunk and the images it made are not bad. also, yeah, they do look tuber-friendly already. brainfart on my end lol. gota find me that stupid machine, take a picture ^^ (im getting a lot of the same ones atm, probably just because the game hasn't loaded new stuff in again, or i haven't moved around the map enough again, like with the adds. that, or my games being finiky, which i wouldn't put past it)

Since the joke is, it looks like dried petfood, why not use that? Or freeze dried meat? Watched a cooking guy make 'backhellor Chow' by hand that way. He made beef burginon then freeze dried it into chunky bits that, if you added hot water to, turned into a tasty gravey covered meal.
It's mostly the packaging and marketing side, rather than the actual 'edible' item that I'd like to see. So if you can't find anything that looks like the item that's okay. Don't think people look at it while they are eating it anyway XDMore like "shove it in your gob, chew and swallow, get back to work" I think.
Hm...did the same. Lots of little dried pellet pictures, but I did get 'holistic natural human kibble' as an image when I used the kibble for humans term search. Orange background, looks like corn in a bowl instead tho. Human kibble got images for a youtuber who did that 'i made kibbles for humans' People saying "isn't cerial just kibble for humans?" So a bowl of stuff like that. Lucky charms, CocoPops PopRocks, anything chunky and lumpy lookingOoh Shutterstock has one 'cereal ball images' round balls of cereal on a plain white background. Maybe Mr Midjourney can work with that?

Opened zip with WinRar and 7zip.
