Is it possible to make a version that replaces not the basic Yaiba Kusanagi, but the new "Peacekeeper"? This would be more logical, considering that this is exactly his model, and for the old Kusanagi there are already many beautiful retextures.
Scorpion's Apollo is the ugliest bike (to me). Can there be a version of this mod that swaps out that bike for the animal version? The Yaiba is my fav, AND no other gang has it, which makes it pretty unique in that regard. And is there no way to just... add it without swapping? Either way, I appreciate the upload. Thanks KynaMastu.
Do you know if there's any way to get this to work with Virtual Car Dealer? VCD overrides the base yaiba models and adds more to purchase, so it conflicts with this mod and summons a default animals_03 yaiba model instead, with the yellow paint and blue wheels. I think technically if you made an archive file that only modified the animals_03 model it should work fine with VCD? But I'm not really sure, this modding stuff goes over my head.
Good job ;) Isn't this very time consuming work just change color isn't it xD If you used the animal 03 mlsetups like 01.mlsetup, black.mlsetup, and yellow.mlsetup, then it should work on my upcoming new version. The version that is linked above would conflict, but my upcoming new version will be compatible ;) It will have separate archives that user can choose not to use my color set. It will be interesting to see people mix yours and mine. Cheers ;) Oh, and you did figure out the seat one too! That took me so much time to figure out which file and which material for the seat. Who would guess it's the rogue.mlsetup xD
Lol put a few of the recolors and apurtureheads in there with this one I have an animals like multicolor and the white seat from this one with the red tires of the other recolor of the yaiba. Has the larger tires of apurtureheads version with the decals, still into the ground though still haven't bothered with tinkering with redmod buggy for me. I still get the vanilla yaiba in places like the cyerpsycho night city phanom still loads vanilla body style/windsheild all yellow with the red tires of course, all have the red color oversized tires. Have apzurv recolor in there as well, play with the load order and see what comes thanks guys
When I upload my new version I would definitely make link to your mod as well. A lot of people would appreciate your work ;) I see that you changed parts that I didn't touch for my color variations. I'm going to separate all 4 mlsetup files as optional for my mod. I know it's very time consuming to make each files separate, but if you have time you should do that too. It will be awesome ;P
Thanks for the kind words! Aperturehead, you've very right that this was tedious, although once i'd pinned down what layers from what mlsetups to use it was a bit less of a pain. I was considering changing the component appearances around so it used only the yellow variant instead of 01, black & yellow for the main parts. This version already changes the blue tires on this variant to the default skin for example. I'll see how you layout yours with your v2, but at the minimum i'd be happy to post up the mlsetups only, without the trimmings i included in this mod, so people can play around and combine them :)
Sorry, I kinda felt like I was invading your mod page after leaving comments to be honest ;( I hope I didn't offended you. I was simply excited to see other Animal mods ;)
It's either other Yaiba skin files that is overriding, or you may have saved model on AMM. If it's AMM you can clear saved model and it should change back to Animal version if you want to check. Or if it's conflict you can check by rename the file and add "___" or "aaa" to the beginning of his file name and see if it will fix it. After checking you can just rename it back to original and it should come back to the same model as the picture. You seem happy with the accidental result, but it is always good practice to check how that is happening if you can ;)
They were already outdated with one appeared to be last updated before 1.5 and the one I used although updated and useable for 1.6 could not resolve the bug to the rims where they turn purple. If they still work without bugs, I would not be asking.
I've been using this with no issues whatsoever... https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/3689 Along with this https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/4204
I have uploaded Midnight & Stealth with the default yaiba variant as optional files. This will leave V's bike as the yaiba with all the stickers, you will need to change the variant to one of the suburban ones using Change Your Favorite Motorcycles if you want to remove these stickers. edit: also note that the colorscheme will not be *exactly* the same as the animals_03 variant. I'd recommend having a browse of the variants at the biker gang in northside to decide which variant you'd like to use.
Many many thanks, KynaMastu. I actually used dimasnik's Yaiba Kusanagi CT-3X Custom Paint Job Pack until very recently and that is the mod which dimasnik is still trying to figure out how to remove the purple rim. The same one which I mentioned in the earlier post.
Anyway, gotta try your mod now. Thanks again.
EDIT: Hmm. After testing your mod, I can see where yours differs from dimasnik's. With dimasnik's, when I called the bike, the bike colors appeared to be the original orange in the distance until it moves closer where it then noticeably changes into the color of the mod I selected but with yours, it appears to be the same from the distance until the bike stops in front of me. Very nice. As for the decals, I actually prefer a clean look but meh, I can live with them. Again, very nice work.

Is it me or is that not the intended result at all ?
