I had the same problem. It seems to be caused by the E3VR Mod, specificaly the E3 2018 Apartment Makeover . I uninstalled the E3_2018_Apartment.archive and now everything works properly.
I have heard about this mod crashing the game for others, and don't deny that it is, but I just wanted to chime in and say it isn't crashing my game. However, it has bugged my H10's apartment window. It is now solid black and has even remained that way even after uninstalling the mod. (see my screenshot in the post below)
It's possible my problem is coming from some other mod, but I haven't been able to figure out which if that's the case.
First i want to say thanks for the mod, amazing job and dedication and thanks again to give it to us ! Second, i think i've found a bug in Judy's Apartment which i think was not meant to be there.
Smart Windows on a fridge door an its completely unusable, i can only click the message tab.
Can easily be sorted, when the mod initially was made, no one took in consideration the underwater picture.
I’ll post my solution later on (currently i am at work).
EDIT: This is what i did and got rid of it completely from Judy's apartment: Go to this folder: "Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64\plugins\cyber_engine_tweaks\mods\smartWindow\windows" and delete "judys.lua" (i did wanted to move it to another place but didn't found one that was suitable for it).
Not a bug, its just that the other features dont make any sense if the location does not have a shutter.... Although yeah ill have to move it a bit to account for the picture
I really enjoy this mod, but I miss the ability to quickhack the shutters to open/close them, as is in the base game, without having to walk across the room.
+1 Actually bumping this for other reason. Once I got the apartment, I opened the shutters and left them open day/night, it's just personal preference, I like the view. With Smart Window, sleep or leave, the shutters close and have to be reopened on wake/return. Would be nice if they stayed open permanent again if possible...
Why the sunlight didn't through the window when I use this mod to open the window? (In photo mode I can see there's no light on V and the room look dark just like window is closing)
А у меня немного другая проблема, при закрытии окна не пропадает дневной свет, и на компьютерном мониторе Ви, виден блик от окна, хотя при закрытом окне, этого не должно быть.
Данный мод только визуально открывает/закрывает ставни, на деле нечего не происходит.
И еще, если радио в квартире выключено, и закрыть окно кнопкой "Вечеринка", начинает играть радио, при этом, радио визуально все еще выключено.

CET 1.29.1 HOTFIX
After 2.12 the window in h10 apt is bugged. Tried disabling and uninstalling, but no change.
