I'm not sure I understand what this mod is supposed to do. I installed it and all my silencers turned tier 5 which means I can't use them in any gun I own at the moment (mostly t3 and t4). Is that intended? I went to a gun shop and they list the silencers as t5 despite the fact they shouldn't show up as I haven't unlocked that tier. Can't tell if the mod is working as intended or not.

Apparently according to FlashInTheFlesh the mod works even though the descriptions are broken, however, I do also get only level 5 silencers (if looted, you can still craft lower level ones). I believe this may be a wonky interaction with the Weapon Loot Rebalance mod, but I'm not 100%.

EDIT: Nah, regardless of the mod configuration, turning this one on will automagically turn all silencers into rarity 5.

About the required mod (Stealth Perks Fix) no longer being available to download, I'm gonna leave this here since it might help somebody in the future.

FlashInTheFlesh, who worked for CDPR as Cyberpunk's expert gameplay designer, said Futuristic Silencers Overhaul (with Ashura and Chao add-on) works fine (as of Patch 2.21) without Stealth Perks Fix, provided you do a simple edit to a single file:

Regarding the missing required mod: there's only a single reference to required mod in the only yaml file present in Futuristic Silencers Overhaul. It's at the top of the file and mentions a perk. You can safely remove it. The mod will work. [...] There are issues with item descriptions but stat-wise, as far as I know it works fine.

He uploaded an image that shows what you must edit in the aforementioned file (last picture from this gallery):

    * Stealth Perks Fix was probably deleted because it altered perks that no longer exist after patch 2.0 (namely, Silent and Deadly, Strike From the
Shadows and From The Shadows), as you can see what it used to change here: https://schaken-mods.com/forums/topic/136579-stealth-perks-fix/

That'd be Project E3 UI. I love it, but definitely needs to go along with Project E3 HUD. Gives me an retro punk 80s vibe, I think, though I'm not sure I can explain why.

Mind you, it's going to be incompatible with a lot of mods that alter the UI in any way.

In my game, i dont get the IHC, HEM description and effects. It just lists the upon entering combat effects. None of the Heavy: increased sway text too.

actually curious if 2.0 added legendary suppressors since they didn't exist before. If you plan to update this mod, may I offer the suggestion of changing the negative to something other than reload speed? For example it could be reduced range or something. It would be more realistic and have less negative impact on gameplay.
I would also love to see you adding muzzle brakes and other weapon mods. Don't like the current reduced lock-on and - crit chance negatives.

weirdly enough, a suppressor actually increases range by increasing the time the bullet is receiving propulsion. longer barrel means more time for gasses have to keep pushing the bullet.

Not necessarily.  A barrel that is too long adds drag to the projectile.  And a suppressor is not a barrel extension, it's a series of baffles usually intended to capture gases.

    Hey tduality,

I am just getting back into CP-Modded, and was curious if this mod is still working under 2.11?
