Am I right in understanding that this mod doesn't cover all the posters in the game? This is not a critique btw, just wanting to understand because I can see quite a few posters around the game visibly lower res - so I'm wondering if it's a bug or it's just the limitation of the mod. It's always the same posters (ex. Riot, or Lizzy Wizzy and the Metadwarves).
To be honest it's difficult to say without spending a while diving into the files. CDPR hides files in weird locations sometimes and the filenames are not obvious. So if there's some that aren't included in this then they're off in some weird location instead of lumped in with all the rest of the posters, and confirming their location would take a lot of time.

hi, did this mod contain an actual png file of the ingame poster inside? if yes, can you tell me how to open the ARCHIVE File? i've tried anything, but the best i can get is just the hex file.
Textures in games (almost?) never use the PNG format given that the requirements of those images are different. However, given the right tools (wolvenkit + image editing tool) you could extract the image from this archive and convert it into a *.png.
Nicely done. Can you touch up the small text, like in the bottom of the first picture? Original is low res but somewhat readable, but looks garbled when upscaled.
Wow, great job with these textures, so well done! My CP77 has never looked that good than now (and my CPU has never hit such high temperatures before, but this is the way, I suppose xD). Btw, have you already shared the textures directly somewhere? In separation from the mod? I would love to set some of these posters on my smartphone background, they are too beautiful
