Any chance we can get some compatibility with the arasaka cyberbody mods?

I don't understand what I'm doing wrong, but it's just not working for me at all. I'm using EBBPRB, so here's hoping that incompatibility between that and UV isn't the reason, but I can't find any information on compatibility there so I have no clue. I've tried every form of installation and reinstallation to try and get it to work, but all that happens is the icons in the character editor are black. Selecting those colors just makes my character have the skin color assigned to that slot by default. I've been at this for hours now and I'm just so lost. If anyone could help figure this out, please. If I eventually do I'll edit this with updates and the fixes

Edit: Ok so apparently Hyst bodies (that includes EBBPRB) use VTK and not UV, apparently they're different texture systems or something. Well, I installed the arms and head for VTK as was said elsewhere on this thread and uninstalled the UV stuff and then installed the VTK version of this mod. Unfortunately that didn't appear to be the issue anyways, since nothing changed and it still doesn't work. I am now approaching hour 5 of trying to figure this out.

Edit 2: Holy moly! I got the head to work! I just had to add "00_" to the beginning of each archive file and move it to the "mod" folder found in [Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod], rather than have it be with the other REDmods in [Cyberpunk 2077\mods]. ALSO: I deleted the VTK arms and head files, as they were replacing the same things that this mod did. Now to figure out the body. ALSO again: I downloaded this author's 4k upscaled complexion, idk how it affects it, but it's not breaking it so I'll take what I can get.

Edit 3: IT WORKS! Ok, so even though the file was named with "00_", that didn't actually affect the load order, you need to use a program to actually change it. I did it with the Archive Conflict Checker Tool, and just moved all 3 archive files to be above the body mod. That was all!

TLDR: I fucked around and found out, here's step-by-step to get it to work
    1. If you're using any Hyst body mod (EBB/EBBP/RB/EBBPRB/EVB) those mods run off of VTK, which is, as far as I can tell, a texture system; UV is a different texture system that does not cooperate with VTK. You do NOT need to download the VTK Vanilla HD (in fact, don't, as it conflicts with this mod).
    2. After downloading the main mod (not the UV version) and the VTK textures, go to your [Cyberpunk 2077\mods] folder and find the two folders that were just downloaded. This is assuming that you downloaded with Nexus, with manual install they'll just be located wherever you put them, duh. In those folders there's archive folders, and in those there's archive files. Keep an eye on them for the next step.
    3. Rename each .archive file to include "00_" in the beginning of each name (so just tack it on the front, don't change anything else).
    4. Then move each of those files from [Cyberpunk 2077\mods] into [Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod], take them from the folders directly, do not drag the whole folder over.
    5. Then, using Archive Conflict Checker Tool (or any other tool that lets you change load order on the archive files, Vortex does NOT let you do this) move those 3 files to be ABOVE your body mod.
    6. Et voilà it should be working in-game. Lord be willing

can't seem to get the body to be the same color as the head anymore.  not sure what happened.  been running with this mod and https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/5491?tab=files for a hot minute but maybe my load order is wrong.  The head is blue (correct) and the body is like... purplish blueberry yogurt.  What am I doing wrong?

UPDATE: no, body is purple with the cyberware mod uninstalled, too.

UPDATE UPDATE: reinstalled the mods, still left the cyberware out, and now my body is brown and my face is grey.

If someone still needs a fix for the rest of the body being unaffected by the mod. As the game is loading mods in alphabet order you need to rename some mods which are not on their places. So, I found the correct mod loading order for my modlist. Here's my Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod folder:

I am looking at your list and see there is only one fantasy skin file in there. My problem is the Color Default file will work if it loads first, cancelling out the Core file, and if i put the Core file to load first, it will cancel out the Color default. Are we to get rid of one of them or put it somewhere else? I can't seem to figure this out.

Hello, dear modder author, I have something to ask you, I installed your "fantasy skin" UV model and gray skin model UV, but it only makes the head gray-blue, how can I make the whole body discolored?

Which body mod are you using? You need to install the version that matches your body mod framework. If it still not working, try moving the archive inside the Grayscale Skin Texture folder to "Cyberpunk 2077/archive/pc/mod" and add "00_" at the start of the archive file name. This should fix the load order issue.

i am using the archive checker to see where my load process is going wrong and i have found that the two archive files are erroring each other out, if i put Core file first the other will fail, and vise versa. not sure why this is the case, im using the VTK on VTK model. and this is the only thing thats conflicting. any thoughts?

I am growing incredibly frustrated with this mod as it continues to break at the most inane times.

I got the Greyscale version to work, but I'm trying to use the non-greyscale, and now only the body is showing up properly colored while the head is regular skin colored.  I honestly have no clue what can be causing this as whenever I disable certain mods that I think is causing it, like SPAWN0 bodymod, I get errors.  If I have UV installed, the mod doesn't work.  If I do, the head doesn't color.

    This is my modlist: https://imgur.com/a/STfnvXo

    Picture of Error: https://imgur.com/iFveaPJ

I can't understand what is causing this.

Try moving all the archive files to "Cyberpunk 2077/archive/pc/mod" and add "00_" at the start of the archive file name. Use Conflict Checker if it still doesn't work.

Giving this a shot.  Idk how to use Conflict Checker but I can try that too.

If possible could these fixes be posted on the front page of the mod page?  Just so more people don't have to dig through the Posts section to find these specific fixes for conflicts?

      I found the problem, apparently.

      Its Elf Ears.

The mod I used was conflicting with KT UV.  I didn't notice it initially because Conflict Checker wasn't checking the right folder for conflicts.  The reason I didn't suspect this initially was because when I was using Greyscale it was working just fine, but for some reason this mod didn't like the original mod.

https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/9182 - Mod page for the conflict.  To fix it I just moved the load order of the ears below KT UV file and Fantasy.

    THE MOD WORKS

If you are installing with Vortex then it places the mod into root directory in the old mods folder. Go into your Cyberpunk root folder and move them to archive\pc\mod

It's a REDmod, it should be placed in the mods folder. If this works for you, it means you have a load order issue.

AFAIK there is no way to tell REDmod mods to load earlier or later than non-REDmod mods.

what worked for me is putting the grayscale textures archive file in the archive/pc/mod folder and it's ALSO in the cp2077/mods folder
then i used archive conflict checker tool to move the grayscale texture below the EBBP body, so it overwrites it's textures.

very newbie solution but it worked *shrug*

AFAIK REDmod always loses when in conflict with non-REDmod. So if you mix both of them, better move the archive files of the REDmod to archive/pc/mod just like other non-REDmod and check it with the Conflict Checker. BTW you don't need to keep both copies, you can remove the one in the REDmod folder.

I only seem to be able to get the head textures to change.  The body skin tones stay the same.  I'm not sure what mods I'm missing.
    I installed:
    RED4ext
    TweakXL
    ArchiveXL
    Fantasy Skintone UV - REDmod
Fantasy Skintone - REDmod Grayscale Skin Texture Female VTK
VTK FemV - Vanilla HD - Togglable Feet Body and Textures - Plus Resources

I also installed the UV Framework but that seems to mess things up even more making the body and arms different colors from the face.
    Any help would be appreciated.

Remove "Fantasy Skin Tone UV - REDmod" and install "Fantasy Skin Tone - REDmod". The one with UV is only compatible with UV Framework but you are using VTK Framework.

I started from scratch.  Uninstalled the game and any REDmods.  Did a fresh install.  Then installed the mods through Vortex.  Now I only installed:
      RED4ext
      TweakXL
      Fantasy Skin Tone - REDmod
Fantasy Skintone - REDmod Grayscale Skin Texture Female VTK

Still only getting the head texture changes.  What am I missing?  I'm using the Epic Games version if that makes any difference.
      Thanks for the help BTW.

If I change the nipples to anything but 01 or change to underwear then it changes those parts to match the correct color but the rest of the body remains unchanged.
I even tried making a new character with the same results.
I tried it with and without ArchiveXL and still got the same results.

Try moving the archive inside the Grayscale Skin Texture folder to "Cyberpunk 2077/archive/pc/mod" and add "00_" at the start of the archive file name

Ahh HA!  That did it!  I had to download the Vanilla HD arms mod but that fixed the rest of it.  Awesome.  Thanks!  Feels like I beat the game on hard mode!
