This should be working fine with the latest version of the game.

Works perfectly 2.1+ (12/18/23).  Well done!  This is the only eddies - related mod I've seen that doesn't completely unbalance the game, & works without issues.  I tweaked the numbers a bit as you noted to make it fit for me and works perfectly.

Was looking forward to this one, unfortunately it's not working. Here's to hope for an update.

Are you sure? I doubt the devs would change the eddies' id.

its very nice mod if you look at this like for collecting rare eddie from ground you will get arround 100 but if you sell one weapon from easy enemy bang 1k but this mod needs some balance if picture is true

Default amount of Eddies found was anywhere between 10 and 100 eddies. With the mod the amount of Eddies will be anywhere between 10 and 500 eddies. If you want to change it open init.lua with a Text Editor and replace the values at the end of "TweakDB:SetFlat...Min, 10" and "TweakDB:SetFlat...Max, 500". Need to reload your mods through CET and reload your save for the changes to take effect or do it before launching the game.

The picture is just an example of what you can do.

I have tried to change the amount of eddies that I am able to find by going to the file in Init and changing it but its a read only thing and I'm wondering if there might be another way or if I'm just not doing it correctly.

Is this going to work with Update 2.0? I'm going to try to learn how to use this thing without redMOD.

Dunno. Haven't tried to learn how to use (Cyber engine tweaks) yet. The OP hasn't answered my question and seeing that he hasn't updated his mods (Both this one and the RedMOD ones) in quite a while, I highly doubt it'd work with Update 2.0/Phantom.

Yakuzadeso, have you thought about expanding the scope of this mod to include those eddies that are attained through datamining using breach protocol?

I just updated the Cyberpunk 2077 game patch to 1.63, but now the More Eddies mod no longer seems to be working. The amounts I'm finding are back to being very small. The mod had worked well before.

The mod files seem to be in the correct place. What do I need to do to restore this mod's functionality?

    Thanks.

      Make sure you've update/reinstalled dependencies (cet,redscript,red4ext etc.).

I have the Cyber Engine Tweaks version of the More Eddies mod. Today, after updating the game to the most recent patch (1.63_Hotfix), I reinstalled Cyber Engine Tweaks and tried to play the game again. The game seems to be using the mod now.

However, I had changed the range in the mod to a higher minimum and maximum amounts. Those do not seem to have been applied. I made sure the game was not running when I changed the mod with Notepad. Then I started the game. Do I also have to restart my computer?

      Help.

Did you make sure to save the file after making your changes?

Yes, I definitely saved the mod file in notepad after making the changes.

That's weird. Maybe you're testing it with a save that you are directly above eddies that have already spawned at x amount?

Okay. The mod seems to be working, after all.

I just noticed that only the first instance where I found eddies was lower than the minimum I specified in the mod file. I then found a couple more that were well within the range I wanted. I wonder why the first instance was lower?

Anyway, thanks, yakuzadeso, for your help—and especially for your mod.

    Hello.

I installed this Cyber Engine Tweaks version of the More Eddies Found Lying Around in Night City mod. I like the mod. (Anything that helps me earn more in the game and progress through the game a little more easily is always welcome, hehe.)

In the posts for the Redmod version of this mod, I read that the ranges for the minimum and maximum amount of eddies found on a dead body and elsewhere in the game can be changed (increased).

Can those minimum and maximum amounts also be changed in the Cyber Engine Tweaks version? If yes, please tell me how and let me know which text editor or other app work best to do that.

    Thanks.

Thanks for your response, yakuza. I'll use Notepad.

Which file, exactly, should I modify? Is it the one named "init.lua"? Or one of the other files?
