I want to make the Yaiba Kusanagi bike in 4k, since I mainly play on it, I would really like this Item in the Highest quality of processing in the Game if possible) Is it possible to do something similar with the Maelström gang's Fenrir PP Weapon in 4k ???
I see it looks better, but dumb question, does this make the game heavier? I have a gtx 1060, does this make it look better for me? Or this is just for people that want the game to look good 4k?
it depends on how much vram your graphics card has. texture quality doesn't affect performance unless your vram exceeds its limit.
yes it will make the wood textures look better for you. common misconception is that only people who game on 4k monitor needs 4k textures but thats not the case. 4k textures will make the game look better regardless of your monitors resolution. hope this helps :)

road fracture, it's super low res and pixellated, probably the worst one of
the entire game, no road texture mod fixed that till now.
