it's def worth it if you have the RAM. remember textures wrap around stuff so the 4k will still look better even on a 2k monitor

Hi! When this mod is combined with High Res Body Skins, the Red4 Conflict Checker shows some conflicts. Are those OK or might there be problems with high res skin actually?

I didn't see any difference to the arasaka arms with this on, I think its base game stuff only, maybe my load order was wrong though idk

FYI 2K version seems to add some weird pink clothes/artifacts on custom_doll_01. 4K does not do this.

I think is a Path Tracing problem in the last update, they are working on a fix, it happens to a lot of textures.

Removed it after noticing it not working correctly for monowire. Might be something on my end.

I don't see anything in the files that would create this. It may have been an import issue but I'm not sure yet. Are you able to send a screenshot of what it looks like for you without the mod?

Yeah, I'm getting the exact same issue. It makes the wrist around the monowire a completely different texture to the skin. I fixed it by disabling the mod.

Having issues with wkit trying to import. Might have been what caused this in the first place.
Hopefully can figure it out this weekend

This is happening to me too, and goes back to "normal" when removing the mod.
Thought I'd chime in to say it's not an outlier and am patiently awaiting a fix :)

I need a confirmation that the hotfix is working FIRST, and then I will be doing updates to ALL versions of the mod

I just tried this mod today, and the fix seems to work perfectly. I don't see any issues with the monowire.

Unfortunately the fix for me is still noticeably off, its lighter in color but there's still seams for me.

Awesome work! Will this eventually apply to the Mantis blades?  They look awful muddy up close and the Erebus mod isn't really my style.

Is this compatible with the UV Framework mod? I don't really understand enough of what things either this or that one is changing to know if they'd conflict

This is just vanilla textures, unaffected by that mod

It's not incompatible because it does not change any body or head textures.  With or without this mod you will see texture seams on some UV skins like Edgerunner's David skin but not on others like Arasaka type 2.  If the skin changes the forearm part of the texture, the monowire whip will stand out even with the vanilla whip texture. None of the other cyberware texures have skin parts tho so you shouldn't see any seams with say the gorilla decals or decals of any other cyberware.

It's not a bug nor an incompatibility per say, simply a limitation of the meshes themselves.
