   This looks good!  I'm using the R19 visual mod and as good as it looks it has its own downsides.  This might replace it, definitely grabbing this and giving it a try.  Is there a way to add more distant atmospheric fog via a reshade? I feel that is what is missing in the vanilla game, its too sharp and to detailed, no atmospherics what so ever.

      This mod uses a drop of "gaussianblur" to reduce sharpness. My advice would be to turn it up a bit its about 0.228 and you could push it to 0.500
      
      I Currently at work, so I can't check for effects

   As a bit of a modding noob, I appreciate you saying where exactly to install it. A lot of mods don't do that
