Just a quick note to anyone if this mod doesn't work for you or suddenly stops working make sure you update AMM i just had the same issue i'm aware this is kinda an obvious fix but figured i'd leave it here
Edit: if it doesn't load once again go into the AMM menu go to decor and then presets you should notice it will load in give it a few moments and the door will become openable and there you go should work
No problem what so ever i figured i'd help troubleshoot for others rather than have the posts blow up with "its not working" The edited version of my comment should be simple enough for people to understand if its not already working:) i tested and it works with the japantown version too i could or if you would like to yourself could post my trouble shooting there as well:)
Unfortunately, I can't use the AMM mod since it glitches my game.
I saw others mods that add things to the game without AMM, via console commands or archive XL. If there is any possibility to make the mod functioning by any other means? I would really love to use this garage! :)
I'm not certain, BUT! I believe that this doesn't work anymore due to the 2.12 update patch. You'll need to update pretty much every mod you've got installed, and it might not still work. If you revert to 2.11 it should work fine!
I'm playing on 2.11 and unfortunately have experienced the same crashes you mentioned in the other comment. Will test some more to see how often it happens (or if it happens again at all) but so far unfortunately it isn't looking great.
I'm new to modding, but I know my way around code. Not sure how mods work in Cyberpunk yet, but I've noticed presets crash my game in the 2.12 update. I've updated all mods that had an update, and disabled all the mods that didn't have one. Game runs fine without presets, but crashes when I try to activate this one.
CET and Codeware are updated and runs fine, I'm guessing this has to do with AMM and not with the mod itself, since the mod is basically just a few props placed out in specific coordinates. If I am wrong, does anyone have a solution on how I can get the preset to work again? I really enjoyed this mod since I am a bit of a car-enthusiast and am currently in love with having my very own show room right at the doorstep to one of the best apartments in the game.
For anyone having issues spawning the garage into the game like i did. Go into AMM settings go into presets, click new preset and then click delete preset and the garage should appear :)

I have a preset already for the apartment.. is there a way to use both at the same time? Sorry, I'm new with MMA!
