What mods are you using on.....? No longer gonna be answering this question, instead I've made a list of the mods that are available for the public that I use on my profile, so check them there. IF IT'S NOT LISTED IT'S NOT AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC USE
semi-offtopic: How do you use the swords on your back? Is this mod for Photo-mode only or you can use in gameplay too? Thanks! BTW as a long-haired man myself, I gotta thank you for your mods. It's one of the few long hair mods avaliable for Male V that acutally looks good. I went for a Cyber Ninja looks and that's how I look when I'm not using my mask/balaclava. I wish there would be more long hairstyles dor Male V tho :(
The big but now: . Could you provideinfo which, if any, original hair style these replace, please?
I prefer to switch hairstyle during the game. I like Nina style (vanilla slot 1). I like to know if mod will overwrite Nina style before installing it. Do not get me wrong: Replace is OK. I just want to know in advance.
does affect NPC? I ask cause replacing a hair normally affects npc and they don't take replacements very well, usually the mesh explodes and all kinds of funny things happen in their heads.
Why not? It's not my problem that I'm showing stuff that isn't available to others. I'm not gonna take pictures with default characters just to not hurt people's feelings because they can't get the same. Become a modder and create stuff for yourself.
First step would be to join the modding discord, since you'll find a lot of tutorials for plenty of stuff related to modding the game. Then you'd have to think about what you really wanna mod. Is it hairs? Textures? Clothing? Or something entirely different? Depending on what you want you'll seek specific knowledge related to each area. I started by editing a complexion for my OCs. Then moved onto cyberware because one peep yote hers and I thought it sucked how popular it was and that people wouldn't be able to download it anymore, so looked at the files, tried stuff, experimented and did research (hello Rogue's face cyberware). Found that fun so that's how my "career" of cyberware modding started. As you progress, as you say to yourself "man, I want this thing" the more experience you'll get in different areas out of necessity, which is the best way, imo, to learn. Most of my mods started as "I want this for myself" and continued like "I could make a public version of this with even more options for people" (which is ironic how, even while offering plenty of customization options for others, free of charge, we can get people like OP here complaining about specific things they can't have). When I started I had no blender knowledge, and now I feel at ease mixing and matching different hairs. I'm still learning at this point, experimenting with stuff, using people's knowledge, tools and frameworks to work on top of so I can take advantage of those and create stuff I wouldn't be able to create otherwise.
