I don't want to discredit @yobukodori , just wanted to write a new comment to let people know about resolving issue if you have encountered error while using RedMod. Just create a new folder called "modded" inside Cyberpunk2077\r6\cache folder and everything works.
From Ghostwalker 71 a Fix that Fixed the Mod for me:
It turns out that the issue was caused by the update to the vortex plugin that handles install of the mods. the conversion instructions didn't cover all the needed steps. Uninstall easy hacking then delete the folder that is left behind then reinstall easy hacking and it works flawlessly again. My best guess at the moment is that with the new install method within the vortex plugin caused two folders for the same mod and that caused the sequencer to choke. It would figure that this will be needed for most mods to insure there are no glitches.

I just copied "tweaks" and "info.json" file to r6 folder like comment suggested.
Thank!
Copy "tweaks" and "info.json" file to r6 folder. Pathway is:
Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\r6
Just past it in there and lunch game with REDluancher.
I hope this helps!!
did not have mod from REDmod enabled in the launcher :)
