   Question. Is this save already modded? Just curious whether if I install other mods it might affect it.

   I download this and i think i put it in the right spot but doesnt show up in my game idk if im doing this wrong or what since im new to all this

      put files in -     C:\Users\User\Saved Games\CD Projekt Red\Cyberpunk 2077
      
      Remember to rename the file to avoid replacing the old save files

      Sure, just let me know if there are things should be updated (but I rather leave this version forever, just play with the build whenever there is new mission)
