MANUALLY MODDING:
Open "inputContexts.xml" (Cyberpunk 2077\r6\config) and look up (CTRL+F) "disassemble_item" (Should be line 972 and 973)
Change "disassemble_item" timeout value to 0.01 and "craft_item" timeout value to 0.01
INSTALLATION:
Drop the contents of the file into your Cyberpunk 2077 installation folder
