This works great for me. I have 4 different walk speeds now (the 3 default + this), and the slower vehicle acceleration feels good. Thanks for the mod.
Edit: Actually there's a problem. It changes my walk speed even when the key isn't pressed down. My default move speed is a bit slower now, especially side-side movement. Is that supposed to be happening?
I edited the values of the line to be 1.0 but it's still too slow, does increasing the value of it beyond 1.0 of both the LeftX_Axis and LeftY_Axis have any impact on the walk speed itself? Walking diagonally is actually faster than walking on one of the 4 directions for some reason.
I'm not completely sure about editing the values past that, it's always worth a go.
The diagonal movement is just something that these walking mods have an issue with... It's not a simple fix unfortunately and as I mentioned in the mod description the values I set originally were as close as I could get to make them align.
I have tried setting them past 1.0, I can confirm that if it is set at 2.0 the walking speed is the same as your jogging speed, regardless of whatever movement speed tweak mod you use, the closes I can get to the slightly faster than vanilla walk speed is around 1.4-1.5
you must be pressing the B key to walk slowly that's not the right key that's why you're walking so slowly, The right key to walk slowly is G (press G and walk later). and for those who cannot drive slowly, you have to keep the B key pressed to be able to drive slowly, it is set to reach a certain speed.
Can we get a toggle for slow drive and walk? holding down is eh. scroll wheel would be better. if not , want a toggle at least. why are all these walk mods hold?
