I have been unable to start the game with mods enabled, mod loader would crash at 60%. As I was looking for the problem mod, I discovered that everything works great with this mod removed. (I have version 2.1 of game)
Hi! I would like to report that this mod has stopped working with the 1.62 update to the game. I can't even start the game if i have this mod installed.
EDIT: Nevermind what i just wrote above, it turns out that if i removed this mod, that was the only mod in my MOD FOLDER in cyberpunk, then launching the game and re-adding it to said mod folder, then it works perfectly fine! God i hate troubleshooting mods after games update, going through removing one at a time and then re-adding them one at a time to see that they don't break the game again.
I am leaving this comment here in the hope that it may be useful in the future for someone else. Let me know if you don't like that.
Hello are you willing to do a non redmod version? I'm not sure what that entails but would love it if its fairly easy to do. If not no worries :D, Thank you for your work.
Afaik, these kind of edits are iffy, and doesn't work fully as intended.
Damage per shot gets lowered when increasing magazine size, as DPS is static, but you increase "attacks per second (aps)", thus, each shot hits less hard.
Tested this with multiple guns. You have to add a base dmg increase, in the likes of "new_aps / old_aps" (someone feel free to correct the math, as it's somewhat pulled from my ass), to make up for the lowered dmg.
If you have Notepad ++, or Notepad2 you can mod the MagazineCapacityModifier yourself, Browse to the base_nekomata.tweak in "(DRIVE)\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\mods\Magazine Overhaul\tweaks\base\gameplay\static_data\database\items\weapons\ranged\rifles\nekomata". Open this file with your coding Notepad version and then: Ctrl+F Search for "MagazineCapacityModifier" that is AFTER "Base_Nekomata_Technical_Stats",(around Line 180); (NOT Base_Nekomata_NPC_Technical_Stats), and bump the amount from "4.f" to whatever you think feels fitting
