DESCRIPTION
Phantom increases weapon's fire rate by 5% for each unit.
In the base game you can find few units of phantom mod in Rocky Ridge area but no crafting recipe is present.
OBTAIN CRAFTING SPEC

NOTES: Make a backup of your savegame before buy the crafting spec.

Put the "bin" folder provided within the package in this path "..\Cyberpunk 2077".
