After CDPR dropped Patch 2.01, my game wouldn't start. I deleted EVERYTHING, as well as all associated folders, to prevent any old files from sneaking back into a fresh game reinstall. I reinstalled the game.

I then reinstalled all the core mods (ArchiveXL, Codeware, CET, etc etc) that were confirmed updated to 2.01. I Did not install any other mods. Ran my game with ONLY the core mods installed---game ran fine.

Then I started to reinstall all my other mods (I'm not using that many, as I'm trying to stick to vanilla as close a possible, for my new 2.0 playthrough, to see if I notice the changes, hehe), one mod at a time; starting up the game after each mod installation, to see if it ran fine, and to know which mod(s) is/are broken with 2.01.

THIS mod, is one of the mods I do use. After testing this mod with Patch 2.01...can confirm this mod is still working as advertised---with all core mods updated to 2.01 (and not using any mods that have not been updated to 2.01, or at the very least, confirmed BY THE MOD AUTHORS that their mod is 2.01 compatible). I Tested this mod with no other mods installed, aside from the main core mods (ie. ArchiveXL, Codeware, CET, etc etc), and the game ran fine. Then I tested it with my other mods installed---game ran fine; no conflicts, phew!

HOWEVER...something I DID notice, which I will mention, in case this happens to anyone else...

When I initially installed this mod, after everything was updated to 2.01...I had installed this mod PRIOR to even starting a New Game. I went through the prologue and finally made to where Misty wheel-chaired me back to my/V's apartment, where she ends up giving you the necklace, and it can then be found in your inventory---I did not get the necklace in my inventory (which I could have easily acquired by using a console command, but I didn't want to do that---cuz my immersionz! lol.). So I uninstalled the mod, loaded up an older save, and went through the scene again, with Misty giving V the necklace. This time, the necklace was indeed in my inventory. I reinstalled the mod afterwards, and everything was working fine again.

(Note: I should make mention that I do not use Vortex---I ALWAYS do MANUAL installs, and have never had any problems with any mods not working, from initial installs and onwards. Also, I don't use REDmod mods.)

I installed the mod through Vortex and it appeared in my inventory fine and it looks great, but it doesn't have the armor or damage buffs like
in the picture. I have the latest versions of all the prerequisite mods. Do the buffs only work if you install it manually?

Due to changes made by CDPR, turning clothing items into purely cosmetic items (with the exception of a few items that still offer stat bonuses), I believe the bullet necklace's bonus might have gotten nerfed (but I'm not entirely sure).

I suppose that's possible, but there are mods like Set Bonuses that show it can still be done. I don't know enough about modding to know how difficult it would be to update, though.

I just did a complete/fresh reinstall (Steam) of my game (nuked all associated old folders+files; fresh re-downloads of all the mods I use; manual installs; no REDmod mods used).

Can confirm this mod is still working hella preem with latest game Patch 2.12a.  ♥

I have a save line too many hrs in to backtrack, that lost the necklace.

Had to do a reinstall, because modding broke game, and when reinstalled, initially forgot this so ran w/o mod over many, many hours ofsaves.  Now that I reinstalled themod (several times), the necklace d/n come back on that save line.

Reinstalled mod 3x to try to get back: no go
Console commands apparently got shot to hell an update ago, and seem unavailable when tried.

Is there anything more I can do, or is that save line just going to have to accept that she dropped it dn the garbage disposal, or something?

Check for required mod updates: ArchiveXLRED4extTweakXL and Redscript.
      Use console command Game.AddToInventory("Items.e256_bullet_necklace", 1)
If it does not work, try to reinstall CET

Did all that, previously, and it hadn't worked.

      However...

Newest CET with the newest game iteration and actually now the command interface is working again so I was able to get it back once you prompted me to check CLI

Hadn't thought about the fact that I'd re-updated both CET and game, so got past CLI being busted.

      Thank you!!

Check for required mod updates (ArchiveXLRED4extTweakXL and Redscript). If you are certain that you should have received the necklace but it didn't happen, open the CET console and paste the following code: Game.AddToInventory("Items.e256_bullet_necklace", 1).
I just checked the mod, and everything is working as intended.

Such a cool mod! It would be perfect if it was gold chain, but that's too much asking. Very thanks for it! 🙇🌟

Spectacular mod, do not start a playthrough without it. I'm being serious, I don't understand how V isn't wearing the necklace by default. It's honestly mind blowing. It works, it's sexy, it's easy to install, it works with EquipmentEx. Can't do anything other that recommend the hell out of this mod. Thank you so much!

This mod does work in 2.1 but just like Lisbeth mentioned in the pinned comment, its'a bit weird at first.

So, how does it work? At first, after installing the mod, you need to play a sequence of the game before Misty gives you the necklace. Then, after Act 2 starts (V laying in the bathroom), if you check your inventory, you won't find the necklace there. At this stage, close the game and remove all of the 4 mod files from your game directory (uninstall the mod). Start the game again and load the autosave where Vik is talking to you after you regain consciousness, keep going until Act 2 starts, check your inventory and you will also NOT find the necklace. Close the game, reinstall the mod and everything should be working as intended now. Just press continue at the start menu and you'll find the necklace in your inventory. Alternatively, if you wish to load an older autosave where vik talks to you and play until the start of Act 2, you will also find the necklace.

    So here's the summary:

    1. Install the mod, play until start of Act 2 (no necklace found in inventory)
    2. Close the game and uninstall the mod
    3. Play the game until the start of act 2 (without the mod installed) (no necklace found in inventory)
    4. Close the game again and install the mod for the second time
    5. Play the game until the start of Act2/or just continue from where Act 2 just starts (necklace should be in inventory)

    I hope this helps.

The mod (v1.6 of it) has worked as intended for me in 2.1 without doing any of that. The necklace is always in my inventory before leaving the apartment to see Takemura at the diner. Older versions did have that problem, but spawning in with CET was far simpler than any of that.

Oh! yes the CET command always works but the feature of acquiring the necklace after the end of Act 1 has never worked for me as intended despite having all of my core mods updated.
