DynamicInstanceUpdateBatchSize set to 16. This value should reasonably update all the RT features at the cost of latency. UseScreenSpaceData set to true to use SSR data in RT reflections. Updated buffer size(s).

Removed the following: LocalLightNumMax, LocalLightBatchSize, DeflickerStrength and let DynamicInstanceUpdateBatchSize and DynamicInstanceUpdateNumMax drive the features.

Added RoughnessThreshold and MaterialProxyUpdateNumMax

Updated RoughnessThreshold = 0.80

ScratchBufferSizeMB = 1024

You need more VRAM, atleast 2048 MB, Expect better performance than previous versions.
