Thanks for the mod, as a modder I know it's always hard work. So this is not to be ungrateful or rude, but thinking about users who stumble on it just as much as I do:
DO NOT INSTALL this mod until it's updated. It seems to break the game sound system and cause crashes.
Those who were using this to cover modded heels and such, I found a potential alternative. You're looking for the "Barefeet to Stilettos (High heels)" option.

I can confirm that it works for most of Bravofrostone's mods, as well as NolaDreamer's chic and punk heels.
