turn on frame generation & if you don't have a 40 series card. use FSR 3 frame generation or use the NVIDA frame generation mod for non 40 series nvidia cards.
Does the increased vehicle density scale with the crowd density option? I really enjoy the increased crowd LODs, but I also never minded the vehicle density. I know the light version only edits the crowed density/lod, but does it leave vehicle LOD at default?
can u pls help i installed it using vortex and the option is not appearing in game under gameplay settings also tried it manually archive>pc>mod but it dosent seem to appear i also have a bunch of mods i dont know if its messing it up appreaciate if u help thanks
i tested this one for dozen of hours and it needs to be updated, after a few minuts, the density is destroyed to almost no vehicles on either lanes, or very small number, if you reload a save the density is back to normal behavior of this mod untill it starts to break a few minuts again.
plus all multi lanes roads at far distance has no lod at all, they're empty...
i wish this mod author would come back and update it cause having huge 3D lod is great for immersion, for both vehicles and npcs.
Hello. It doesnt seem to appear in gameplay settings for me. The only mod i use is redmods nightcity alive. And im a bit past the tutorial in my save. Any idea how to fix this?
to anyone saying it doesn't work, idk, I'm on 2.11 with bunch of mods and this works fine, somewhat, it's hard to tell from very far away as some NPC that are statically not there on vanilla, in here they are there, but even on distances closer than this mod that seems to have extended, some NPC's still just appear all of a sudden from being invisible, noticeable only if you look for it of course but still thought I'll mention it.
Also, I used full version on 4090 and tbh I've tested just with this mod, it does take off a good amount of fps, about 10-20 fps I'd say, which is quite a lot and 15 fps loss would be okay but it also has weird dips, where the fps drops of 1% become real bad like 60,50 etc. and that's dropping for a few miliseconds/few frames of course but it's noticeable from 100+
Could use the lite version, but tbh that's the whole point of this mod to have everything load from further distance, so that it reduces pop in.
Btw question, could this theoretically remove the far away 2d cars if distance of car loading would be increased significantly ? Not sure if only this mod would be able to do that or it would need to be used in combination with something else, but that would be interesting to see. Maybe the fps loss after some tweaking could be decent while having actual cars being rendered from almost any distance. I would consider even 50fps drop for that if it had good frame pacing at least haha! :)
yes but would interesting to see real time/normal cars from very far distance, as now it would just remove 2d cars and nothing would load after specific distance I believe
