There have been several reports that the current version doesn't work with the DLC, so maybe try out druid40 and LegendOfAB's version from here.
If you are one of the (strangly rare) gamers, who don't find pleasure in seeing virtual characters getting mutilated, this mod is for you.
It doesn't do too much, but for me, it was crucial to fully enjoy Cyberpunk 2077.

Features:
- Disables nearly all dismemberments, no matter which weapon you use
- No more blood puddles below dead enemies
- Maybe less blood splatters (not sure if that part really works)
Remarks:
- Unfortunately, a few scripted dismemberments still remain inside the game (probably less than 5 occasions in total)
- I found no way to remove/reduce the amout of blood when shooting enemies
Install instructions:
- First install the official REDmod extension

Copy the contents of my archive into the mods folder inside the game directory.If there is no mods directory, you didn't install REDmod correctly.I moved back to redscript as this didn't work. Just install redscript and extract the mod into the game directory.
The final path to the script should look like: /path/to/Cyberpunk 2077/mods/Reduce_Gore/scripts/reduce_gore.reds
