Nope. This is completely different. You see, if you use male voice with female body type, people will refer to you as "he" or "him," meanwhile this mod completely replaces female voice lines to be male ones so you can have a male voice, be called by "she" and "her," and have female body type.
Ty for the explanation, I assumed NPC's would refer to the player based on their body type. A little strange that they identify you based on your voice (which most hostile NPC's never even hear).

The author has locked this comment topic for the time beingCopying and renaming 28,661 files... fortunately, a quick python script made renaming as easy as pressing a button for me.
CDPR did a half-ass job with that voice option.
