Could you make an accompanying mod for eyebrow colours?  For instance: my PC has white eyelashes and white hair, but blonde brows.  There doesn't seem to be a mod for different-coloured eyebrows.

You have to go ingame, check which eyeshape your V uses, open the corresponding folder and install one of the .archive files

What the actual hell of a mess. I understand your ambitions, but if you plan on doing something like this, you should really put more into writing guide. I've been trying to install it for 2 hours, and only now I understand, that I should install both shapes, but the male one as 'None'. Not only one, but two. But then the problems continued appearing: wtf is Mesh 05/06/07? Wtf is OG1/2/3?
In the end, I've managed to make fem lashes on male, but the eye texture and the lashes are still black. f*#@ it all, wasted my time.
I haven't had any difficulties reading English for 5+ years, passed C2 exam, but this description broke me.
Also, centering text is not convenient EVERYWHERE.

Sorry you had such a hard time installing it, you could have also asked for assistance, as I'd have been happy to help (plenty of peeps have asked before and I've guided them to their desired results).

If you read Nim's mod description, you'd learn what Mesh 05, 06 and 07 mean
      Here it is:
      How To Use:
      -------------------------------------------------------------
      Personal Use:
Included in misc files is an unpacked mod, set up and waiting for your meshes, this mod includes ten invisible meshes per gender, you can replace these with anything you like provided they are not physics-enabled.
      -------------------------------------------------------------
      Multi-Mod Combinations:
      -------------------------------------------------------------
To make proper use of this in your mods, specify how many meshes you have replaced in your mod description, and also include archives that replace alternative meshes in this mod, with your new ones, if you so choose.

I do say you have to choose the "none" option for male shape from the original mod. If I point to that, it should be a given that the description of that mod should also be read.
I'm guessing you got mixed up OG with OP (which would mean OPtion).
And here's a dandy explanation in the mod description:
For this new version to work in 1.5, the mod is divided in 3 parts, and you need to install a combination of these to get the desired results.
       1 - Base Head
Technical info: It's where the data of the lashes go, everything related to lashes is custom pathed. You don't install it, the mod won't work, period.
       2 - Shapes
Technical info: The base head points to these. If you don't install a base head AND shapes, the mod won't work.
       3 - Colors (OP1, OP2 | OP3)
Technical info: The base head points to these colors. No color file, no lashes, even if you only want black (it’s still a color).
       EXTRA COLOR INFO (IMPORTANT)
This info is extremely important to get the results you desire.
1 - For the original colors to work (OP2 & OP3) you need to install Johnson's eyes lod fix. By doing this, all the lashes color option will be whatever color you picked (and actually show up). If you pick white, all will be white.
2 - If you mix new vanilla eyes color (OP1) with old colors (OP2 or OP3) you need to install Johnson's eyes lod fix. In this case, the color chosen will get mixed with the vanilla color (if you don't install the fix, regular vanilla colors will show up).
3 - If you want just vanilla colors, install OP1

So then, following all this, you should know now what Mesh 05,06,07 means, that you should install the original eyelashes mod and to choose the male shape "None" alongside a color file.
If you are getting no eye textures that means you installed the unique eyes compatible base,  which are needed for eye mods that make use of Unique eyes core mod.
Okay, after that, following this mod's description you'd know "After that use the same stuff Fem V uses, (except the actual base, ofc), so download and install the Female shapes and pick which one you want." And there's some clarification when it comes to color files and how they work for these (since they won't change color like vanilla) and you get "since you can't change colors with these ones you may use the ones from 1.3 (OP2 and OP3)", which are, of course, in the Eyelashes and colors mod "3-3 ---- OP2 - 1.5 REQUIRED (also pre 1.5) - Eyelashes Colors" and "3-3 ---- OP3 - 1.5 REQUIRED (also pre 1.5) - Eyelashes colors - Vanilla Pack".

I've had 237 unique downloads so far, and I've seen these used around with no trouble. So I highly doubt the way I explain things is the problem.

If you don't like that I center text that's on you though.
