Yeah, that receptionist is prettier than I remembered. By the way though, is that first picture in-game? It looks like CG. I didn't know V can look that believable(the eyes look like the eyes of someone I know and the lighting around her eyes is really good-ESPECIALLY compared to the third image).
It's in-game with some photomode editing. I took the screenshot for the third image still while in character creation, I just adjusted the colors using a photo editor trying to mimic the "purple lighting" at Clouds reception desk. It looks bad in comparison to the first and second pictures because lighting during character creation is horrible and you can't control camera angle and FOV. Even while playing the game some scenes look better than others, because not all of the indoors lightsources cast shadows. You just have to find the right ones. For the first and second images, I took the screenshots while inside the first elevator at the start of the Corpo lifepath. You need to have Subsurface scattering set to High, Local Shadow Quality to High and both Contact Shadows and Complex Face Lighting Geometry settings enabled.
I'm also using Alternative Character Lighting version 1.01 (Found in "Old Files", I use the 1.01 version of the mod since I don't have an RT card and the newer version only looks good with raytracing On) The mod reduces rim lighting and makes skin and hair slightly shinier.
