This is a reskin for Beast, a unique vehicle. Beast is a quest reward for the races you do for Claire. Alternatively there are several mods and even just CET commands you can use to unlock it. Minor spoiler: you have to lose the final race to get Beast. It'll make sense why when it happens.

Oh yea I forgot about that one. I thought of Panam's but not that one. Thanks I'll add that to the front page to make sure everyone knows. Not much I can do about it yet due to shared files. Eventually I'll figure out standalone stuff but for now. Skill cap and all. Just the beginning for me!

I don't think this is a flaw so much as a feature. I just thought I'd mention it in case you were unaware
