What mods are you using on.....?
No longer gonna be answering this question, instead I've made a list of the mods that are available for the public that I use on my profile, so check them there.
IF IT'S NOT LISTED IT'S NOT AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC USE

(Male V). Blemishes work perfectly, but I couldn't get freckles to work. Specifically, used ANRUI_MBlemishesToCyberwareFreckles01.archive file, turned on Cheek Makeup and cycled through all options, and they all show up as default freckles or default make-up. Any reason why this would be happening?

So... The mod is beautiful and all, but is it normal for the cyberware on the lips to be turned off sometimes? Like my V uses a lipstick in a darker tone and I'm using the black coloring from the Lower Lip Cyberware coloring mod. Is there anything I can do to make cyberware more visible?

Not really. As both lipstick and lip cyberware use the same mesh they’ll clip with each other, and sometimes they’ll appear on top or below the other. Not something you can actually control.

Working great but im wandering, in your screenshots freckles cyberware for instance shows as having black elements but for me ingame it comes out as silver metalic. In fact, all of your stuff on screenshots is much darker then what i get ingame. Is this due to graphics card settings or something?

Same here, however if i change the option before applying the mod the cyberware shows up on my character. Could be partially borked with 2.0 updates?

I’m only swapping the morphtarget/model of the blemishes options, so whatever weird thing is going on in CC itself it ain’t me

Perhaps this is a stupid question but I will ask anyway. When you say use one archive at a time in the desc. are you saying one archive out of the whole male folder or just per category (blemish, lips, freckles).

This is the best cosmetic customization mod I've ever seen, but PLEASE create a Vortex compatible auto installer for people like me who break something every time they manually alter a file? Pretty please?

Sorry but no, there’s way too many files.
Even if you were to install this “incorrectly” the worst that could happen would be for it to not show up, it wouldn’t break anything.
It’s a “simple” mesh swap, just to another level but same concept.

This could be packed into a FOMOD
It doesn't take much time. If I do it would you be willing to upload it ?

The only problem I find with extra cyberware and Morphtarget is that I can't actually tinker with the cyberware in the character creation menu. I have to just hope add and remove files and then boot up the game to decide if I like a certain combination of cyberware or not whereas with this mod I can add or remove the blemishes as I want.

That’s how modding works. And tbh, it’s something you just need to do once per character most of the time. It’s trial and error. Rest assured you won’t need to boot up the game as many times as a modder that has to take pictures for every single option available :)

I'm not sure I understand the installation instructions. I get that it's in Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod but what exactly am I supposed to put in there? Say I want Freckles 1. Does this mean I'm supposed to open ANRUI_FCyberware_Morph -> FCyberwareFreckles01 -> and pick 1 of those 10 files and place that in the directory? Or can I put the whole FCyberwareFreckles01 there? What exactly are the limitations?

Edit: Oops I thought I was commenting on your Extra Cyberware mod. Nevermind after playing around with Extra Cyberware I think I understand how it works.

Since im currently desperately looking for it

Would you ever consider adding things like takemuras cyber or 8ug8bears jaw as option?

For face cyberware stuff I'm waiting on Angy's mod (which would allow for overlays for cyberware, so I won't have to look around for a model/mesh that fits the textures).
If for Takemura you mean the hands, maybe, I think they are just flat meshes with textures, so should be easy to add (and they are in my modding list).
As for the 8ug8ear's jaw, nah. I don't meddle that much with model stuff because it clips with tons of stuff, and in this case if I wanted to make recolors it wouldn't be as easy as to just color flat textures. There are still mods out there for it though, peeps have added versions of them already for others to use.

Yeah but all the available bugbear jaws kinda suck since theyre replacer for clothing, instead of cyber on the char

But good to know all this, thanks :)

Well you could try asking those mod authors to make a non-replacer option so they use Nim’s mod.
Or if you learn how to mod making them compatible with her system is really really easy.

      By using the vanilla cyberware.
These are taken with no edited textures, if you have a mod changing them, then they won’t look the same.

yeah i figured as much, i read your comments on one of your other mods, i now know its a hassle to make "half cyberware" too
      thank you tho.

If it’s asymmetrical side to side is harder and needs far more work.
If it’s asymmetrical up to down then it’s easier since it’s just deleting part of the textures
