Now if only driving wasn't being absolutely MURDERED by this stupid engine which treats nearly every collision as a headlong crash into an immovable object.... regardless of the angle.. I mean, most racing games of my youth, you could literally bounce off of walls without losing nearly any speed if you hit them gently enough (like under 15 degree angle). Meanwhile Cyberpunk treats that like you just crashed front first into several hundred tons of concrete and either completely stops your car, or outright flips you over in the opposite direction. It's effin ridiculous. This games was definitely NOT made for driving.... think they only planned for parkour tricks and at most a metro, so vehicle behavior was literally an afterthought (bet not a single one of the devs working on cyberpunk had any experience making racing games or driving simulators), and even metro got cut until like 2 years later.
-I still don't understand, does this apply to all the vehicles that CVO mentions? -And for all the 'invalid turbo' that are mod vehicles, does it not affect either?
I've tried several driving mods that made driving a bit less painfull overall. This one actually brought a real spark of joy. From now on, if destination is less than 2 miles away, forget fast travel, I'm driving, baby.
This mod sounds really great, but... Is it compatible with other mods that modify driving ? I personnaly use : better vehicule first person + car modification shop + cyber vehicle overhaul.
