Complete replacement of Morro Rock Radio

I'm no mod author. i've dabbled in a few mods but usually for personal use or just for fun. this is the first mod I'm ever sending out into the wild. It's sloppy because I tried to learn the tools by myself and the Wolvenkit console wasn't working, so alot of trial and error on my part to get it to work. It may be abit quiet ingame, thats because I tried to get all the music to be somewhat similar in volume so one song doesnt blow out your ears and another doesnt fade into regular car sounds and stuff. I'd redo it but honestly, It works and Im not aiming for perfection here, just some better tunes.

Just drop the file in the mods folder
