Oye beltalowda!! Here's a preset for you that attempts to recreate Naomi Nagata (played by Dominique Tipper) from
The Expanse !
Be sure to install the correct requirements for the version you want to use (and their requirements).
To load the preset copy the "bin" folder to your Cyberpunk 2077 folder, or extract it and drop the .preset file into the correct folder yourself and select it in the CC menu in-game.
Folder location:
bin/x64/plugins/cyber_engine_tweaks/mods/AppearanceChangeUnlocker/character-presets/female
Update 1.5:The Expanse !

Some tweaks and a new mod that imo works really well for Naomi's season 1 hair.
Requires Anrui's awesome AfroHawk for version 1.5a!
There is an optional file with the old hair selected in CC if you prefer the Noor hairstyle.

Update 1.4.32:
Some small tweaks and requirement changes that better approximate Naomi's face.
Now requires Faces Of Night City and Natural Eyes.
Become a Patron to Kala to gain access to her wonderful Belter Tattoos!

Just a slight tweak to her appearance, see if you can guess what changed!
Also updated requirements to include Halv's morph texture remover.
There is only one variation of the Naomi preset as of 1.3.

Initial Upload 1.0:
There are two variations of the original preset; "v1.0a" and "v1.0b (Warmer)".
The only difference between them is v1.0b uses a different option in the CC menu for warmer skin tone.
This matches up more with some photos of Dominique but my preference is
v1.0a as it more accurately resembles Naomi in The Expanse and most photos of the actress.
Yes, I am aware that it currently doesn't really look much like Naomi!
I'm looking into hair and tattoo mods to remedy that! This page is more of a placeholder
and reminder for myself to come back to it as the preset is in a 'first draft' sort of stage.
It will usually be updated when there are more accurate ways to recreate Dominique's face
in Cyberpunk 2077 using mods (*wink wink nudge nudge modders) or if I find a better mix of CC options.
Feel free to make suggestions if you have any, all feedback is appreciated!

NOTE: The reshade preset I use changes skin tone quite drastically
and I couldn't compensate for it on Naomi with the in-game skin options,
so bear in mind that if you use this preset she could look much
less orange in your game depending on lighting (actually more
accurate to Naomi's appearance in The Expanse) so I recommend trying
a few different skin tones to find what looks most accurate on your setup.
I haven't tried this without the optional requirements so who knows, maybe it looks good.
Feel free to upload pictures without those mods (or with different ones)!
I've included a text file listing the mods required to match the screenshots.
The only mandatory requirement is having Appearance Change Unlocker installed.

To any modders out there: if you're up for making a Naomi-esque complexion and/ or s1 hairstyle and/ or s1 neck tattoo and/or s3 chest tattoo, or maybe even some Expanse clothing mods like her overalls or the show's pressure suits etc, that would be hella preem. Please know that you would have an instant fan for life in me for creating any one of those!
