If you have less than 50 eddies on you, then first of all you are a poor-ass Gonk, and when you click on the fast travel point, itll dump you back out with a message telling you, that you dont have enough.

If you want to change the cost, open the travelcost.reds file in notepad++ or something, and change " price = 50;" on line 7 to price = whatever you want it to be
