Hands down my fav colour grade. I've tried a lot and this one fits me like a glove. Excellent work! I know its DREDD, but I just pretend it's the Matrix ;)
I'm glad you like it, but I don't think this is suited for the current game version. I didn't even update this for 1.63 ifirc. If you encounter severe issues, just get version 2.0 as I don't intend to update this anymore.
I'm using the version without weather effects and is working fine in 2.0. If it wasn't for this mod I would use your GITS but I love this one too much.
Almost there, man. GITS is really serving as a test case for the changes 2.0 brought, that does mean it's not ready but getting through it will be much easier... DREED by it's nature was far less sensitive as well.
The mod is so good the next mod we need is a Slow-mo effect that looks like Dredd with the rainbow effect. Wishful thinking but I hope someone gets inspired by your work.
Hi, choom. Great visuals. Could you make a version (if it isn't hard for you )without green filter? Just with weather(with fog, heavy clouds and etc). I passed a game with this mod and i loved it so much. But i would really like to get more colors in the next playthrough.
Somewhat. I'm rebuilding this with the intent to make it imitate the film visuals less while capturing the sense of Mega City One. So it will be less sickly in tone but still filmic and unwelcoming.
Can i remove this green color myself? What program do I need to open your mod file? If you could tell me exactly where these settings are, I would be very grateful. Of course, I will only use this for personal purposes. Can I remove this green color myself?
There's a write up on the old visual modding discord I did that's pinned, I think it was archived and I haven't been there for a long time. it's not a setting and you'd have to jump through some hoops and need multiple pieces of software. I understand the tint is strong, it won't be in the new version.
Working on it. They've changed some things. A bit busy with life and trying to see if I can alleviate the denoising without several impacting render quality at the moment.
I just checked and it works. You probably have another mod that's causing the issue. Other mods that change lighting or the weather are not compatible with this. Only the one that is loaded first will work.
Examples would be the various E3 lighting mods, Eye adaptation, Constant Rain, etc.
DREDD is currently being revised for a more "artistic" presentation and less film accurate. Better exposure control, more thoroughly adjusted colors for weather states, larger variance in pollution levels, etc. Considerations will be made for RTX Overdrive mode, but I imagine all that will do is override the game's faux GI system so we don't have all these odd artifacts all over the world during certain lighting conditions. If the changes are more dramatic, I will make changes focused on that.
I plan to release DREDD 2.0 alongside the Phantom Liberty expansion.
