Loving the mod. More so, now there's a toggle. However, I have two annoyances with it, so far. 1: The texts displays 'True' and 'False,' in place of 'On' and 'Off,' which can lead to confusion to people that don't understand what that means in programming language. 2: Death Glare is set to be automatically 'True'/'On' when the game loads, which leads to unwanted NPC deaths and NCPD Warrents for those that use that feature, when, im, it should be set to 'False'/'Off' on the game's load to make it more in-like with the rest of the Player's abilities.
Thanks for your feedback! I've updated the mod to fix those issues so it should be working well now (the message will be clearer, and the default mod mode is set to off).
I'm not sure what could be causing the bug with the mod persisting between games/saves. I'll look into it but I'm thinking it might be a redscript/CET issue since I don't write to the save/persist any data within the mod.
Found a bug: Uninstalling during mid-game causes Death Glare to remain in-game, but does not appear in the Mod Config section of the pause menu, despite all its files having been deleted. Worse, Death Glare transfers between save files, leading to the death of every NPC you look at, even in Judy's, and Evelyn's Braindance, screwing up the Main Quest.
Just tested to see if this bug transfers to an entirely new game. I found that, with all the files removed from the Cyberpunk 2077 folder, the Death Glare still persists even in a new game, with previous saves deleted.
I second. This mod really needs to keybinding. As much fun as it is to have the infamous Death Glare, to go along with the cat eyes, I'm not a fan of the idea of killing everyone I look at.
Working on adding CET keybinding to the mod! It will mean an extra dependency but it's worth it! I'm also looking into integrating NativeSettings so that you can adjust various settings to customise the mod more :)

Fixed a bug where kids were killable. They are now immune to V's deadly glare.
It's not a bug it's a feature.That's being said, it could be cool to have a mod that allow us to kill kids with any weapons.
