ENHANCED WEATHER V5
I completely redone my mod with the new weather states added in the DLC in mind. These can not occur in the default weather system of the game but are activated in my mod.
This mod completely changes weather in the game. If you just want more variety please consider THIS mod.

HOW DO I INSTALL?
Just unpack the entire archive inside your main folder and you'll be good!
You can also use a mod manager!

- Updated main env file to Patch 2.02
- Added 125 custom weather transitions. For comparison vanilla game has 15 and my V4 had about 60.
- Added Smog Weather
- Redone the default Rain Weather state
- Customized Light Rain Weather state
- Added new DLC Weather states
- Tweaked Transitions between weather states
- Tweaked Duration of weather to have more impact
- Tweaked Night Lighting during certain weather states
- Streamlined Weather Probability
- Separate version with Removed Sharpening and Vignette
- Added compatibility with Alternative Weather Visuals
