Idea borrowed from Drive Like My Grandmother mod, but since there was no update for 1.5 and 2.0 I made one myself.
The idea is simple, cars in CP are driving insanely fast. When accelerating from full stop, there is a lot of burnout and unnecessary noise for immersive driving when you want that chill night drive with your 1000 HP Aerondight on 50mph speed limit.


Please note that InputUserMappings are MY version with MY keybinds, it will overwrite yours upon replace so ALWAYS back up your inputusermappings.xml before any further changes. After replace, you can just rebind your previous keys within the game and save it.


Controls:


Accelerate with W to accelerate slowly, add LShift + W to accelerate faster and use LShift without W to use original Acceleration value.

Decelerate with S to decelerate slowly, add LCtrl + S to decelerate faster and use LCtrl without S to use original Deceleration value.


Turn values are adjusted to 0.7 for less wide turns which is unsuitable for fast driving, thus secondary turn keybinds were set to Q and E, as:


Use A or D to turn, in case you want to drive fast use A+Left Arrow or D+Right Arrow to have a wider and faster turn. Use only Left Arrow or Right Arrow for original turning values.


Any ideas would be appreciated but for now feel free to use for your RP or other purposes.
