I noticed this mod had a conflict with another archive file called #E3_2018.archive. Given the number of E3 mods there are on this site, I have no idea which one specifically it is. I'm not even sure why its in there because as far as I can tell its the same vanilla billboard.
i think you should rename you mod to "big ads You look lonely", because new people will not find this mod easily, keyword here is ads, when people type ads in search, they will found this mod

So much so that if you showed it to someone that hadn't played before, nor seen Blade Runner 2049... there's no way they'd know it wasn't original art created for the game.
