It looks like you (maybe) adjusted the physics of how they lay on the head, and how the selected tone affects their appearance.
Is there anything else? The base game's hairs can certainly feel a little... odd... in how they handle some things, and I'd be glad to give this a go if I knew what all you adjusted.
Because telling mod users what a mod does gives them a better idea of why they should download it, and what it might conflict with. If it's the lighting for example, then someone using a Reshade/ENB might get different results.
The author made adjustments to the texture properties effects of hairs [first section]. The last few sections are all light/light effect adjustments. This should be universally compatable, but will also affect the base qualities of hairs while installed. ...so anything additional affecting hiars would not override but rather build upon this mods adjustments.
You can open this file in any text editor, or even whatever notepad you have on your system. Do not edit it and save unless you are using a TEXT EDITOR, as it will record hidden characters (script and code breaking).
