           - Installation-

    • Click on the 'Code' button located in the top right corner and download zip
    • unzip and place folder into bin\x64\plugins\cyber_engine_tweaks\mods
    • Should look like this - Cyberpunk 2077/bin/x64/plugins/cyber_engine_tweaks/mods/live_in_night_city-main
    • There's a readme.md file that provides the latest updates such as adding support for new resting locations added by other mods!

Yeah it depends on the author some release it this way for the source code that would often need something else to compile it as well or to look at for reasons as well as publishing it in releases for actual use. Usually confuses a lot of new comers to github who often accidentally download code they can't do anything with on its own vs going to releases that's meant for usage but since this was never published on releases you have to download through code, there isn't any difference in this case since CET is doing the work reading/compiling it so its there for others to pull from and update I suppose.

If there are any issues with stat reset using this mod on a 1.6 save let me know, I've never had this issue but have seen a few users share that they have. I am suspecting it to be a 1.5 save/users and possibly left over files that were downloaded from the nexus download or even possibly improper installation.

I'm having those issues with it on a save made on v 1.6. Can you help me figure this out please?

      Sure thing.

First make sure CET is up to date as well as native ui settings.

Next, head to cyberpunk/r6/cache/ delete all but "modded". Inside of the "modded" folder delete all. Verify your game files and re tick the enable mods option in the game launcher before you click play.

If it's still occurring please double check that there aren't any left over files from the original mod as they are named slightly differently than github. If there were and it still occurs, re try the second suggestion.

If it's still causing issues after all of that then I'm at a bit of a loss as I haven't been able to replicate this issue with 100+ mods so I'm unsure what would even conflict or cause it to do that.

I'm getting an error in CET console that goes like "Function OnSavesReady in class SingleplayerMenuGameController does not exist" right before this mod is initialized.
Now that you mentioned REDmod, does the current version of Live in Night City have dependencies on it? It wasn't specified neither on Nexus nor on Git, if I'm not mistaken.
If that's the case, I'll just have to bear with this issue I guess, since I can't access it without any extra headache - REDmod DLC is region locked for me.

Sorry no its not required but I included it incase you had other mods depending on it as the game requires you to retick the option to redeploy the mods. As for your error, I have it as well and isn't the cause for the bug.  Might need to see your Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64\plugins\cyber_engine_tweaks\mods if you can provide it, will look into further when I have a chance on what could be the cause

If anyone has any confusion please read the readme thats provided. Its constantly being updated with what new resting locations were added for vanilla / mods, etc. This is the latest link and to my knowledge the only one that is going to be updated going forward - at least in terms of new locations being added.

Yes it is supported, the readme will tell you the current supported mods although

I have recently seen some issues with the edge runners mansion detecting postions, might need another look. @UHFM

a new mod came out that introduces a very simple cyberpsychosis mechanic, this mod shouldnt really interfere much right? the only 2 things that i can imagine causing a problem is sleeping since both this mod and the cyberpsychosis mod require sleeping to reset/replenish statuses.

It's kind of hard; is it timescale related.  Using realtime; makes it kind of hard or it just seems too hard to get anything done in the city as far as the game.  I get ready to go out, and it quickly falls to 50% and starts glitching.

Can really depend. Eating will build Fatigue from digestion, while other stuff could influence hunger to cause you to eat more and of course making you more tired. There are also other stuff which will increase fatigue like jumping, running, walking, melee combat - time itself will not make you tired such as if you wanted to skip time via menu. so it is more about your actions in the day that burn you out. You can reduce the cost multiplier of fatigue in the mods settings to reduce how quickly fatigue buildup is  :)

When redmod starts compiling there's an error about this mod, how it's an "invalid mod" because it doesn't have an info.json.

It doesn't work anymore. It stopped here for me in version 2.11. Debuffs don't happen. It was good while it lasted. This mod was sensational.

It was one of the great 1.6 mods.

Although CDPR have done a good job with the v2.x/PL updates, the mod suites that were coalescing and beginning to synergize with each other around v1.6 were actually better in many ways, and frankly many of the best gameplay tweaks CDPR have done have just been more or less copied from those mods - but sadly, they never copied things like this mod or the great drugs mod and those sorts of things.

      Swings and roundabouts :)

I'm still using the mod, but without the Debuffs since they don't appear anymore. But I still have a pretty high hope that an enlightened soul will update this mod. One of the mods I liked the most from version 1.6
A mod similar to this one never appeared again, where running out of food and drink gave you a high punishment. Now there are only mods where eating and drinking only brings benefits, not punishment.

Hello everyone, just an update with this mod.
My game has the latest update patch 2.02 and so far no problems. The mod is working perfectly and you can actually edit the settings in game. no errors no crashes.

I used survival system mod before downloading this one and that mod worked but you couldn't edit it since the mod you need to edit it is not up to date. but This "Live in Night City" mod works perfectly.

I know the mod is over, but I'm using it so far with no issues. For now there is no mod like this that punishes you for not eating, drinking, and resting... I'm using it on version 2.02

Same question here. I have been using Survival System, but it isn't compatible with Idle Anywhere and other mods I like to use for immersion. Also, this system seems more robust, synergizing many different things (alcohol dehydrates, it's not because it's a liquid that it will quench your thirst, especially if we're talking about spirits)
