Why does renaming sometimes "fix" this mod (or any mod), and why it should be avoided, or treated as a temporary solution:
- Renaming mods changes the load order (which is alphabetical). If it "fixes" your game, that means you have a mod conflict.
- By renaming something to "!!!00aa_[mod name].archive", you force it to overwrite all the other mods changing the same files.
- Name of this framework begins with "z_" for a reason - it's usually better to have small boobs, than an unstable game and missing features.
- Sometimes it might be perfectly fine to do it, but it might mess with other mods in unpredictable ways.
The proper solutions for a mod conflict:
- In case of this framework, there usually exist some compatibility patches for various mods. Look for them on the mod pages, and read descriptions.
- Choosebetween the conflicting mods.
- If you really want to keep both of the conflicting mods + there is no compatibility patch, you may rename it. But be aware that this will cause problems with the conflicting mod that gets overwritten (the one lower in alphabetical order).
This is a FRAMEWORK - which means it does nothing on its own (reverts female V body to vanilla). It is meant as a base for modders to enable them to create separate body presets for V and NPCs.
To make it easier for you, I attach a template to the optional files. These are vanilla files (with custom names), so feel free to use them as a base for your mod.
Compatibility patches for Photo Mode Unlocker 1.5 XL and Multi Pose Pack Framework can be found under 'Optional Files' on the mod pages.
If you're experiencing camera bugs - ie. not being able to look up - and you don't use TPP camera mod, try removing "00_Framework_Unique_V_Body_Shape_jb_tpp_mod_patch.archive" from the "Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod" folder.
yeah my fem v only has her arms, eyes, hair and teeth. her head is invisible and so is her chest, neck, torso and legs. I am sure it was my fault. I am new to modding this game. Which base mods or conflicting mods can cause this?
It's not caused by the framework. I saw that bug before, and for me it was because I had an old patch for a body mod installed. Make sure your body mods are updated.
Well if the mod has been removed, and the issue is still there, then it's not an issue with the mod.
Try moving half of your mods (archive files) somewhere else, away from your mod folder, test it - if it works then the mod you are looking for is in the group you moved elsewhere. Repeat until you find the culprit.
https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/7179?tab=files Seems this was the cause. Uninstalled and deleted the cache and verified the game. seems to work now. no more melty weight painting the version it was was the "Facial Customisation Fix - Unique V Rig"
just remove the zz_FacialCustomizationFix_UniqueVRig_xBaebsae in located in SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod if you have it
It should be compatible with all body mods editing models, as it only affects the rig (which is a separate thing from the model). So technically you can use both a model editing mod and a rig editing mod. Question is - will the given combination of body mods actually look well together.
I see I'm not the only one who has this weird bug. I'm not sure if it's caused by this framework mod or maybe a body modification from spawn0. I wonder if anyone solved this problem :(
In my case just remove this mod and it work "Breast Jiggle Physics - enabled for TPP - FPP and Photomode" https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/3339
I know I'm late on the reply, but it likely has to do with SP0 New Clothing and the More Meshes mod. For whatever reason, when combined with any kind of breast physics, it causes the issue. There might be a fix on the More Meshes page, but outside of that, delete the SP0 New Clothing mod.
