Crudely removes the extremely irritating, constant background noise from

Cause I can't stand that background noise and other mods that did it were either outdated or broke the game in other ways.

Probably not.
I'm a complete noob in terms of modding and don't want this mod to change the game significantly.

- inventory menu (backpack/map/etc),
- pause menu (esc in-game)
- shard popup window
Why?
Cause I can't stand that background noise and other mods that did it were either outdated or broke the game in other ways.
What does it not do?
- replace the background noise of the menus with any other sounds (it's just quiet)
- remove any other sounds from the game (...hopefully)
- break anything else (...also hopefully)
